Just got done looking at my exhaust on my 03 4.7 QC 4X4, specifically the y pipe and noticed that from the cat back there is a about a 28" pipe welded from the cat then from there everything else is bolted on all the way back. Got it used and never noticed it before now but was thinking that is not stock. To me that doesn't look stock? It looks like 2.5" pipe going into the Y pipe right into the cat then 3" all the way back. I was going to replace the Y pipe but am not sure if it was done already. I will try and get a pic up shortly. Am I correct in thinking a cat back was already installed? Anyone know if a cutout will wake it up a little for it being a 4.7? Thanks
