For the love of god do not listen to Rubberfrog on this lol. He's just effin with ya. For the Hemi I have heard more pro's about the 3865 Superchips so I would say that as far as intake goes, most are the same just a filter on a tube. The BFI is an exception but it will cost ya. The dual filters, idk how much of a benefit they are or if they even have any benefits but I'm sure weedahoe could tell ya.

He's being sarcastic, don't buy a jet chip.

Does anyone know the stats of the BFI intake? There are some that look the same for a third of the price, and i cant find any horspower ratings for it. And what are my odds of finding these things used maybe?

You have a link to this other intake? The only other intake i know that is like it is the Ramhammer (which it was based off of) but it was just as expensive when it was being made. Intake HP claims are about as reliable as a GM vehicle. There are no exact numbers, everyone has different mods. The thing about it though is it is hand made, great warranty, and Lance and Jeremy provide amazing customer service. Performance wise i have never heard a negative thing about it. The increase in throttle response is great. The chance of finding one used is low but possible. There have only been a small amount made but every once in awhile one will pop up in the DT forums.

I say make a homemade intake out of abs/pvc or aluminum pipe. Why pay over $100 for a cai that will only produce 5-8hp to the wheels?

Get the one with three filters. I mean three is better than two, right?

Agreed.

But never ever ever get four, that's to many. Your engine will be destroyed in a fiery explosion.

Agreed. Looks like it was made in China from how cheap it is.

It's very ironic seeing someone call another intake cheap when they suggested to use toilet pipe on their truck a few posts ago.
