Cool Need Info On Headlight Halo's

There is a Toyota Tacoma that drives around my neighborhood with these red neon ring things around his headllights. I thought they were really awesome lookin and want these for my truck. I have searched on-line and have found "headlight halo's/halo assembly" but not in different colors. I have a '05 Ram 1500, blue and want blue neon rings around my headlights and fog lights. Is there anything out there other than these halo assemblies? If not, do these halo's come in different colors?

Any info????

Only bad thing about Oracles is they are insanely priced. And the reds are even more.

Go with led halos not the ccfl's. Leds last longer and are just as bright if not brighter. Plus the ccfl's can catch fire.
