Default thinking of a cold air intake

I have a 4.7l dodge ram 1500 and I'm wanting to put in a cold air intake but I don't wanna spend a whole lot. I'm hoping to spend under 400, what would be the best for power and supposably fuel economy?

Well, supposedly.......there are several different ones. Use the search function in the forum and read away. You will find as many opinions as there are CAIs. I actually had one and then removed it because of low end torque loss, but that is just me....
