Default Has any1 put a heavier bumper on their RAM 2005 era??

If, so what one and can I see some pics and what was their price?

OK lets face it, the Ram front bumpers are crap and light weight. I have destroyed mine a couple of times hitting deer during my dive. LOTS OF DEER in the Sierras. And the come up of the road from the side so they are impossible to avoid.
That said I want an aftermarket heavier bumper.

I have a 3500 diesel dually.

anyone have pics of theirs. has anyone put one on????

I want to paint mine body color as well.

Thanks for any imput.

i know the road armor bumpers are pretty popular. they seem to be the best price too... i havent really researched them tho...
there are people on here who have them on their trucks.

do a search for road armor and you will find a plethora of stuff.

Fab Fours is where its at man!! you might want slightly longer coils up front because they are heavy! from what ive seen, they normally sit the front down about an inch to an inch an a half. you could put a spacer in, but the right way to do it is get 2" lift coild or you could look into carli's starter kit which is 3" and man do they ride nice!

I have a buddy that had a chevy with a road armor bumper, he sideswiped a minivan that pulled out infront of him and he totaled that van. Only thing that happened to his truck was a small dent and some scrathes on the bumper. Road armor makes some very good bumpers, very high quaility, that's why they cost so much. I'd love to have one but not in the buddget.
