Default Power Steering problem

After putting new tires on (went from 245 to 265), I've noticed that while taking big turns I get a rubbing feeling. I thought ok, the tires are just rubbing.. well today I actually took the time to look and I'm leaking power steering fluid. I've tightened everything up and took it for a little drive, but still the same result. My question is, do I have to replace my power steering line? and about how much will it cost for a new hose without installation?
