Sorry, I looked that up earlier and from what I see and I may be wrong, I think it changed in '06. I looked it up on an oem dodge parts website and the listing for the overhead went from '02-'05. that's just what I noticed. may be wrong though.

Won't work because of the PCI to CAN changes. But that's why the 06 and up guys get to use the MyGig.
Edit: you should be able to use an older console housing, such as this if you want the sunglass holder. If you have the Jeep style housing like this, then the first one won't work for you. The modules themselves are identical. For your particular year, you want either 56049824AB (w/o homelink) or 56044864AB (w/homelink). Looks like this one will be right up your alley.
