I wanna also add that cutout will be louder yet because the sound doesn't bounce off of the extra pipe which in turn quiets it down a bit.

Everyone else has about covered everything. You could get some smoked led tail lights and 3rd brakelight for $200 I believe, but there's better things to spend the money on. Where are ya located, some places are getting sticky about their exhaust laws, the electronic cutout would be a great option, as long as you're not gonna get hassled to death over it.

you could always search ebay to and find like 500 dollar things for 200 or less that stores are over stocked in and put the price down to nothing you could buy a really nice flowmaster system for under 200

Lol today as in after midnight the 25th. If all goes well I'm gonna order my level kit and maybe get a gauge pod with some unnecessary gauges that will look sick.
