My truck has developed some sort of annoying noise. I cannot figure out what is causing it, perhaps one of you will have some tips.

The radio needs to be on very low or off to clearly hear the noise. It sounds like it is coming from the Front Passenger side. It makes noise when hitting small bumps or anything of that short. Sounds most like it is coming from outside on the chassis/suspension somewhere. Any ideas?

 

its hard to tell when we cant hear it....bad ball joint or tie rod? can you explain more into detail....

 

I think I may have it solved. The hood was adjusted at the body shop. I adjusted the hood stoppers and the noise seems to have gone away. It's raining outside so I'm not 100% this has taken care of the issue... to be continued

I had the same issue and it was my hood as well. There was a post about it a while ago.
