Default Working on the Ram!

Been at it the last three weeks, between 100K maintenance and making it look gooooood.
Tranny filters......done
1st oil change to synthetic.......done
diff........this week
coolant/thermostat.......this weekend

Bed cover.......on
Bed rail covers........on
Side steps......on
Tailgate strut......on
Tailgate power lock.......on
Airaid CAI.......on
Ram Air hood.....awaiting paint

mods look really good. not sure i would have done the synthetic change that late in the game. sometimes after you've used conventional for so long synthetic will hurt things (cause loose valve seals, etc.)

i switched from conventional to synthetic at around 104k and am now at 130k without any problems

Bedliner and I hope you like that cover. I have a hard cover in the backyard that I can't stand!! If I go to haul anything or put anything in the bed I had to take it off it was a pain the ****. But overall, lookin' reeeel good bro.

bring over here ill take it off ya hands...and op that hood will look good i see one on a local truck all the time and i actually like it alot cause you dont see it much....good work its coming along nicely...

Jay, you wouldn't like that cover. You're all blacked out and this thing is painted white to match my truck. Plus the previous owner had a rack on it and has 4 bolts in the top of it. You're talking fiberglass work. lol

nothing a lil paint and glass wouldn't fix...but its all good i think im looking for another vinyl one... i think lighter is the key...plus they are easier to take apart when i throw a quad in the back....

ok this is not related but i was wondering if anyone could tell me why my 99 ram 1500 318 wont charge i replaced my alternator and battery and its only charging at 11 amps and then it dies im really gettign frustrated
