Hemi knocking not the usual tick
any idea how different the process is on my (2006 jeep commander xk 5.7 hemi) engine vs these two write ups:
weedahoe's https://dodgeforum.com/forum/3rd-gen-ram/230245-how-to-do-a-cam-swap-on-a-hemi.html
FF's https://dodgeforum.com/forum/3rd-gen-ram/237316-5-7l-hemi-broken-valve-spring-help.html
just looking to open the valve cover and replace a broken spring. (if thats the issue)
thanks.. seems like a great community here.

Sorry I forgot to post the solution. I'm at home now and got pm'd by wingnut. Please pm me in the am and I will post solution. From what I remember it was a litter leaking oil down over night. After a few mind of running the lifter would have enough oil pressure to function properly. Please pm me tomorrow and ill be sure to post results. Thank you all who participated in the discussion.

My truck is in the shop right now for this very noise. They are taking the heads off to check the lifters.
