Default What to Buy

Alright so i will be purchasing a leveling kit and shocks within the next week or so and i would like some feedback as to which brand you have and how you like it. i am leaning toward the Rough Country torsion keys b/c of the price and the Rancho RS5000 shocks. any info is appreciated.

keys are keys are keys.... they are all basically the same the difference is in the accessories like shock relocation or not and the name brand. i run rough country with longer shocks and have not had a issue with it yet

I have the Top Gun Customz kit and just ordered some Pro Comp 9000's so I can get rid of the crappy stock shocks.

I bought the rough country keys, but saw very little difference between them and my originals. I say crank your existing keys and get an alignment. I am running the same shocks, but would like to get longer shocks for better ride quality, again not a requirement

i agree! crank the stock keys for free. my stock shocks are working but i would also like some longer ones. and as far as shocks go, dong get rough country shocks! IMO from personal experience from 3 different vehicles, a 4x4 nissan, a 4x4 ranger, and a cherokee, they are the worst shocks ive ever used.

I was thinking about cranking the t-bars but i have heard that it can cause some suspension components to wear out quicker and that the keys are a safer route. SMKN, what are you running now i like the stance on your truck.
