The battery in my 02 just took a dump, second one i think. But it got abused in the form of being parked for days in -40 degree weather with no battery blanket as well as being fully discharged several times heheh... Replaced with 875cca motomaster that was laying around the shop.

I have faith in mopar batteries as they are all made by Exide.

Yea, I ask because mine is starting to go I think. I only drive the truck once or twice a week and 6 years of cold winters has taken its toll. After I add some new mods in the coming months I think I may kill it so I have been thinking about getting a new one. I just wanted to see what you all had since mine is still a stocker and lasted this long!

6 1/2 yr. old '03 with original battery and 103K. Still kicks right over. It'll get a Kirkland battery when the time comes. No Optima for me - WAY too expensive and not worth $140.

Kirkland in the Ram, Chev, Olds, plus 2 more in my JD track loader. Very happy with them.
I don't push the limits on batteries. I'd rather replace before they fail.

RubberFrog My battery is single, 23 years old, and has big cells.
+1 I prefer the D size cells on mine.

I just replaced my 2005 stock battery 2 days ago. Not because it was dead, but because I am putting stereo equipment in the truck next week. I replaced it with an Optima Yellow Top.

Need to go tomorrow to Napa and buy their brand. Exide makes Mopar batteries and Napa batteries so thats where I will go. If my stock Mopar one lasted 6 years with no problems till now then they must be pretty good! See you tomorrow Napa.
