To shed a little light. Yes, make sure you get EVERYTHING with the kit. I mean, if you know what you're doing, you should be able to find/make due with a few small missing parts. Keep in mind the kit comes with an intercooler, BOV, injectors, 2bar MAP, and a predator.
Tuning wise, they use the diablosport predator with a custom tune to that rig. You would have to contact STS for another tune for your specific truck.
They retail for $5995.00(unless he got a universal kit, which is not application specific, does not have intercooler, tuner, injectors, etc).
I am actually a distributor for STS, want want to run a group buy on the site, but need to talk to the mods first.

heard the remote turbos are bad news.....GREAT for horsepower and also the engine being alot cooler.....butttttt....read somewhere that its really susceptible to getting water/dirt/other stuff to ruin the engine because of where its mounted. i might be wrong, but im sure someone can back me up on this.
Remote mounts are considered better because the heat from the turbo is no longer in your engine compartment.

i am looking at buying a STS turbo kit for 3rd gen ram off craigslist and im wondering what you guys think he wants 1500 for it... my trucks a 2008 dodge ram hemi laramie with 58k and what would i have to do to accommodate the turbo and install it? thanks guys!
The kits are about 6 grand.
