Default lift vs. level vs. lift & level

ok i have searched and cant quite find the answer im looking for. my question is if i go with this lift kit:

2002-2005 2wd Ram 1500 Pickup 3" Suspension
Kit Contents: Front coils springs, (4) RC Hydro 8000 series shocks, and 1 ½" rear blocks & u-bolts.
Front coils springs, (4) RC Hydro 8000 series shocks, and 1 ½" rear blocks & u-bolts. Notes:
• Stock wheel must have 4.5" backspacing or an
aftermarket wheel is required.
Benefits:
• 100% Bolt-on installation.
• Increased ground clearance.
Specs:
• Part #: 366H
• Install Time: 2 - 4 hours
• Wheel Backspacing: 4.5"
• Recommended Tire Size: 33x12.50

will it level my truck out and lift it or will my truck still have a forward rake just higher? and if its not level can i use the regular spacers or do i need to do something different to level it with this kit?

Umm depending on the size of the spring...it says 3" kit so that would lead you to believe its 3" longer springs....so yea that should level it out

Most lift kits account for the rake, and when finished it will be lifted and level!

It says you have to have an aftermarket wheel with 4.5" of backspacing. I'm not sure why since you're not changing the spindle on your truck, you're just putting springs in, but I would call to make sure. I'd hate for you to put that on and find out you need new aftermarket rims too.

You don't need an aftermarket rim with their 2" coil level so I don't know why it would say you need them for that on.

How much did fatbobs kit cost? You know you can get that kit right from Roughcountry.com and it ships the same day. Also they have tech support online and on the phone from that website. I haven't had any problems with their 2 inch leveling spring at all. Good setup, also you will sit pretty level with it. Very nice!!!
