Well, when they aim at your truck

This is why I visually estimate speed (which I had to take a 2 day class on to be certified in Idaho), THEN turn the radar on to confirm the speed. Radar detectors don't work when it's not on and by the time most people get their tone, I'm already behind them with my lights on. It's worked well for me for the past 8 years. I rarely get taken to court over it. I love the "Where'd you come from??" comments. I can't comment on the lasers because I've never used one before.

only bell and valentine work. you get what you pay for. i was in a car where the guy had a cobra, it beeped, and 2 seconds later we were getting pulled over. my best friends dad had the same experience with a cheap kobra from target or something.
bells (the $300 plus) and valentines give you plenty of heads up. the valentine will even tell you where its coming from. but those are the only two i would ever trust. if you avoid one ticket it pays for itself in one use.
this is coming from a highway speeder, and i have tons of friends who are the same way.

What's all the talk about they will have PC to search your vehicle. For a jammer?! If a cop pulls somebody over for speeding why would be looking for PC to search if they've already pulled you over? Obviously the jammer didn't work so they could care less. PC is more for alcohol and the mary jane.
