Default Cut or Pull the TM Wire?????????

I was reading where a guy was saying to cut or pull the TM wire to get rid of torque management. What exactly will this do and mean?

i'd pull it so you can put it back in if you have to go get service done. then again if you're not under warranty it really doesnt matter.

Just read through that link, love the free stuff. So if I am using a SC tuner do I need to go with the OD off, never saw a final update about the whole 2nd prime discussion at WOT? Also, will it do any damage while towing? Towing with OD off.

O/D off was designed for towing. They later turned O/D off into "Tow/Haul" which changes the gearing. Whats your question about 2nd prime?
