isolation diode flashers
Hello,
My local S.O. has acquired a 2006 dodge ram 1500 quad cab, and I have some questions for the experts on this forum. It seems there is a big problem with using flashers on these trucks, but when you are working on the side of a highway you can’t beat the light emitted from wig wag flashers, and strobes are out of the question. My question is we are putting a flashback in the tail/reverse lights and a regular wig wag flasher in the factory fog lights. I know I need to have isolating diodes on the return to vehicle side of the flashers to protect the LCM, but I can’t seem to find anywhere what diodes to use. Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated
