Upgrading KC Hilites wiring harness
I just bought a pair of KC Hilites slimline driving lamps and a single pencil beam KC Slimlite lamp. The wiring harness says not install more than the two lights on that harness. Each driving lamp is 100 watts and the harness says not to install more than 230 watts on it. The pencil beam lamp is 130 watts. Do I really need to be concerned with that extra wattage burning the harness? Can I upgrade the fuses and be good? What can I do to upgrade it? Can I solder in thicker wire? Sorry for the million questions but I appreciate the help.

DO NOT "upgrade" the fuses! Do it right and change the wire gauge. You may get by with splicing on heavier wire very close to the high-current side of the relay. You could use the high-current side of the relay to trigger the low-current side of a second relay for the third light. That would be your better bet. Make sure you fuse both sides of the second relay.
