Default Need tire sizing help

Have a guy that wants to buy my 6" fabtech lift and he was asking what size tire to go with. He has 17x9" wheels with 4.5" backspace. He has a 2005 1500 2wd.

35X12.5r17's should be able to fit them, check the FAQ section for the tire fit. thread.

+1 on the 35 x 12.5 x 17. 6" lift will give him good suspension movement with that size tire or something equivalent.

Man, there are a lot better choices out there than a Fabtech for a torsion front end truck. Lot of people having CV problems with the angle/strain that kit puts on the CVs...

They both have 2wd's.
