Default abs, esp/bas/traction control light on

I am hoping someone can give me guidance on this issue, Yesterday while I was driving all three lights came on and stayed on for 10 miles or so then went off, done the same thing later on. Then today when I started the truck they were on, stayed on for about the same amount of time, came back on again. I was going to autozone today and see if they could run the codes but the lights were off. Any idea where to start to narrow this problem.
Thanks

What year is your truck??? Have you tried the key trick to pull the codes on the motor? You may also want to look at your wires on the battery and make sure everything's secure. The ground, both ends and the positive the same way.

That's the key trick to pull motor codes. The only reason I asked that is when your truck starts shooting out lights at random times it is sometimes the electrical system messing you up. Such as your battery going bad or even your alternator.

I tried the key trick and if didnt show any codes, just read the mileage. The truck is a laramie edition, so it has quite a bit of electrical, I havent noticed any change whether I am driving at night with the lights on or during the day. I really appreciate the advice.
Thanks

The key trick may not work on your newer truck. I did mine and when I pulled it with no codes where the odometer is it says done if there's no codes. Do you have no warranty on your truck?

Default warranty

Yes I did purchase a warranty with the truck, covers most sensors, 100.00 deductable, I was hoping it would have been like a wheel sensor abs sensor that I could purchase and take care of problem. I have made arrangements to take it to the shop next wednesday and I will probally do so if I can not figure out whats going on with it. Surprises me with 3 warning lights on at the same time

I have a 2010 ram 1500 with the same issue. I took mine to my local dealer and they told me that the clock spring (steering angle sensor) was bad. They also said that it wasn't covered in my power train warranty. They said they could fix it for around $350. So, I am also wanting to know from anyone who reads this, does this sound right?
