ya i sent them in over a week ago and they said they just got it and will prob ship out in 2 days wtf?? i just want them im glad i didnt buy my headlights from them,,

 

i just pulled my headlights now to try my headlight kit, neither of them are working. i dont get it.... this is my 3rd HID kit ive tried to install on the ram, none of them successful. everythings plugged in right.. ive tried with the truck running and w/o, nothing, but the turn signal does light up

 

are they from hidextra? cause i still have not recieved my new bulb and ballast hopefully monday i will

 

yea they are. i bought 2 kits, 1 for my fogs and 1 for my headlights. only 1 ballast for the fog kit worked, so i had to order a new ballast only to pay to ship the non working one back.

now im sitting here with non working headlights, both sides. the bulbs dont appear to be damaged or anything unusual. all the wires are hooked up the way they should be.

i dont get it, im completely dissappointed in this company. not to mention i did some research and that one girl is on every forum pushing the company
