Specs on stock ride heights

I have a 2004 2500 4x4 HD 4dr. SLT cummins, it also has decals on the rear quarters that say 4x4 OFF ROAD if that makes difference. Can someone tell me what the stock ride height is, or the height between the frame bumpers and axle housing.
