Default LED emergency light mounting spots

So i got these LED emergency lights because i'm a volunteer firefighter and people never get out of my way!!
6 LED lights with 3 flashing patterns
I'm thinking of 2 in the grill 2 in the back window and 1 under each door so i get 360 degree coverage.

Is this a good set up? anyone else have something similar?

6 LED lights with 3 flashing patterns
here is a vid of th flashing patterns

Don't know about canada but here in the states very strict state by state on where you can mount the lights! I would check the local laws before mounting! I have (2) dual talon's BLUE/RED in center front windshield, 2 single talons 1 RED and 1 BLUE in rear window corners, and a mini vector 3 pod all RED on center of roof! Currently Chief so i'm able to run the RED and Blue in my area with no issues! Will be installing strobes in rear and front marker light areas in the spring! If mounting outside the vehicle make sure they are tight and sealed well and be sure they are of for exterior applications! What make are the lights?

ya i checked my law it says i can put lights anywhere as long as they are green or amber and only use them in an emergency.
do you think i will need to be seen from the side?
i say this because we are allowed to go thu red lights very slowly and have to make sure its clear, and lights on the side would be nice
i also have a backrack so i as thinking of putting them there on a bit of an angle to serve the back and sides

Whats the make of the lights? My talons light uo traffic signs in the day and you can very easily see them from the sides but that's also why I run the mini vector on the roof! The major manufacturers like whelen, code 3, federal pacific etc really pack a punch as far as candlepower / lumens! The after market brands are not as bright and you might have a problem seeing them in the day from the side!

Well LED's in general are bright so you should be alright! I would throw a roof light on though just to cover your own a** brother! Check out Galls! Post a vid when you get them installed! Stay Safe!

I have sho-me LED's in my grill and a mini phantom on my rear view mirror with a 36" directional in the back window i just put in last week. If i were you, i would do 2 inside the grill, 2 out the back window and 2 out the front window. I drilled all my stuff right into my headliner. Makes it easy to run the wires down the pillars and along he floor. As for lights on the side for a 360* look, it's tough with a truck cause there nowhere to mount. Maybe unless you had step sides you could bolt to those. SUV's are what makes them easy to mount 360* cause the rear side windows and what not.

Don't mess with installing on the sides. You can come to an almost complete stop for traffic signals and uncontrolled intersections without delaying yourself too much. You'd need some GOOD side markers to get people to stop for you without a siren.
