Default 2007 Tail Light LEDs

so i ordered white 921, 9 LED white bulbs for the reverse light, and i want to do the brake lights as well. now i realized that the brake light also functions as the running light and turn signal...so do i need a dual action LEDs or will a regular 3157 RED 24 LED bulb work?

You need the "dual action". The brake and turn are brighter than the running lights. As far as reverse lights, LEDs suck for that. Especially on a lifted truck.

So if Im understanding right, you're gonna do this to the stocker lights? Excuse my noobness on this, but how are you gonna go about doing this? Might be too much to explain here, and thats cool, Ill just wait for the finished product. But this sounds like a bada$$ idea for sure.

So are these just big led's, like oem replacement style? I see led, and I assume like the recon style, with a buncha little leds in there... Thats what had me kinda wondering....

And since this is your thread, Ill throw this in here too.... I heard through the grapevine that you're the man to talk to about breaking open and painting the stocker heads....? You give info, and if not, how much do ya charge for something like this?

I thought about putting those in mine as well, I looked at superbrightled.com they said you may need a new flasher to make them work, have you checked into that.
