Default decalls

Just bought an 05 hemi qc, I was woundering what is the best way to take the dealers decal of the tailgate. I'm also thinking about taking the 4x4 and SLT emblem off to give it a cleaner look. Any coments or ideas would be appreciated [sm=icon_cheers.gif]

Thanks

Do a search on debadging. You will find all the info you need.

If it's the vinyl sticker type, just peel it off. If it's a hard badge type, follow agfazio's suggestion.

A Hair dryer works the best, put it on high get it real warm, then take some fishing line and work it up and down behind the badge. It will come right off. If you have any glue left, use rubbing Alcohol

Or goo gone. Has anyone here removed ALL the badging on a black Ram and have pics? I was thinking about it, but I've got 3 small dents in my tailgate that some Ars Hole put in it at Home Depot and wasn't man enough to admit to it. Some Beach, right... Oh well. I don't want to showcase the dents so I haven't debadged it yet.
