I can prob pick this up pretty cheap

http://kansascity.craigslist.org/pts/1584756030.html

And a guy locally has a tranny transfer case and front drive shaft out of a 4.7 so the Tqconverter will be the same there. The hardest part I see is welding on new spring brackets and then just putting everything in other than that. I understand that I might have to move a couple things around. But Any insight on this guys?

It would be good to have the measurements of the leaf spring brakets for the 4wd. Then, if I remember correctly you have 4.56 gears in your truck, you would also need to put 4.56's in the front axle as well if that's what you want to keep. I say go for it, sounds like a project I would like to see done.
