Default Installed 2" level kit (concerned)

Hello all, I just installed the 2"level kit from fat bob's garage with shocks, * boy those things look cheap* got everything on it but now when I go over speed bumps it makes a snap popping sound. Does it have to kinda settle in and this will stop????, appreciate any info on this, thanks

I just did the same kit on mine yesterday,It does the same sound also. But this has happened on other lifts i've done on past trucks also,It eventually goes away.I know they have to sag a bit.Go find some big bumps to hammer it over.I'm going to do this before i get it alighned.

Theres a few different things it could be though...hopefully its the shocks but could be control arm hitting the spring bucket, you might have not lined up the coils correctly, etc

I put mine on yesterday, and the same chit is happening with mine. It's annoying as hell. When I reconnected the upper balljoint put in the shock and released the jack the upper control arm was resting on top of the spring bucket. This kinda concerns me, I'm gonna try and slam some dips to force (hopefull) the springs back into place correctly.

Mine did the same thing until I got the longer shocks. For mine, the shock was toped out. It was pretty much like the shock was holding the upper and lower ball joint together at stock height if that makes sense. When I got the longer shocks, it gave me a couple inches of clearance. It felt like I had no suspension on the front. when I went over speed bumps there was no flex in the front suspension, it felt like the truck just dropped and something was gonna break. I should've known that since I had to jack up the lower arm to get the stock shock back in there.

fa sho...lol but some people keep saying that the shocks limit travel on the 06 ups (so if you have longer shocks they can let the susp overextend)....i dont see how its any different than yalls design, but ive gotten that quite a few times.
