For my own personal addition, I have one playing card that sticks in the steering wheel cover. That card is the King of hearts....
Those of you that aren't card sharks, that card the suicide king.
As you can see, it's the king putting a sword through his head symbolizing suicide.
No, I'm not suicidal, but a friend of mine that I grew up with told me one time that I should keep it in my truck as a symbol of how I accept my life. In a way, it's a personal thing that says that if I had to chose a way to die, it would be behind the wheel. If I drive a different vehicle, that card goes with me.
Anyways, the card that I have in there now is the one from the deck at a holdem tourny I played in Oklahoma. Took first, so it's dual purpose.
Besides that, I have the audio, several little addons that help me find crap really quick when I'm driving. Clip on the sun visor that holds my smokes up and out of the way, a sticky pad that keeps my phone and my ipod touch from sliding all over the place when turning, and the tint.

What makes my truck mine is all the blood sweat and tears that are coating the various items in it and all of the time and effort I have put into it to make it the way I want it to be.
