Lol. Yeah, I know it's the optical illusion b/c I'm 6'4 taking pics looking downwards hehe. Too many people underestimate the 360. It's a good motor. And it will probably turn out to be more durable than the hemi, but that's just my opinion. Even though the hemi makes mad power, I have a feeling all of the 360 owners who have over 200k on their motors will say its built like an ox and will never die. I've had a bunch of ram's before this one, all with 360's, my first two had over 200k on the odo and ran like new. And of course I pushed them all mudding, rock climbing, etc. Anyhow, cherry I think you should make a vid and do a datalog with the SC on yours to see what your gettin. What size tires are you running? You might have even better times, since you have smaller tires and 3:92's!! I cant wait to upgrade from 3:55's to 4:56's!!

This summer I'm stripping her and painting the whole rig a metallic flake black using starflare paint. That's why I haven't done the headlights yet, b/c I'm getting blacked out headlights to match(and then I'll paint the eyelids also). So after I do the paint jobs it will be emblem free. That's why I have smoked lights in the rear, black tail light guards, black rims, etc. It's all part of a master plan. Lol.

I have small 35's on 17 inch wheels, with a leveling kit and an add-a-leaf in the rear. The 3.92's really do make those 35's turn pretty well, I remember my dog 3.55's in my old 98. The only thing I cant do that really surprises me frequently, is I cannot burn my tires at all. I cant even smoke them a little... I wonder why that is??

Cherry, you cant burn rubber because you have a locked rear.

Silver, as I clearly stated in the above post, when youtube processed the video it took about .5 ish seconds off on all the time stamps. My regular time recorded on the SC is 6.8 seconds 0-60, in the video it's exactly the same, but when I uploaded it to youtube and it processed, it changed it a little bit. Like I said, I have the original video and am happy to email it to anyone on here.

LOL, the comments are getting ridiculous but I'm in too good a mood today to care so I'm not going to get aggressive. Video will be going up asap, let me go get the camera and make it. Oh yeah, and let me go get my "friend" who has another gray dodge ram with slt plus interior and a vin locked SC and the same mud pattern and the same background as mine to make the video of. ROFL, sorry but this really did give me a good laugh this morning:-) LOL
Maybe you should stop getting so defensive and actually take a second to read what I said before you get all excited and start typing out a "clever" response.
I mean, obv it's your truck it's the same color, same kind of mud on it, same cab style. I'm just observing rofl
Guess I thought a 9" lift would be higher than that with 37s on it. Like I said that doesn't seem much higher than mine and I'm just leveled w 35s.

You need to wear your seatbelt stupid. SHAME ON YOU, SETTING A BAD EXAMPLE FOR ALL THE KIDS ON HERE.

I got about 7 and a half seconds on my watch, better than 8 seconds, even if it is 7 and a half, I still dont think its half bad for a truck on 37's. I really am anxious to try mine with the superchips on it.

Thanks cherry. And yes, My best run was 6.8 datalogged on the superchips. Silver, do you think I photochopped that in? Just curious. I love all the people on here, no matter how much evidence you present, will just never believe it. It's kind of funny;p Lol.

oh yeah, and if you want me to get an ever quicker time, I could of launched from higher RPM's instead of regular idle rpm's. bet it would of made a difference... ;p but i have no need to blow my truck up. also, i could fit 40's if i really wanted to, but there is no reason. i have an independent front suspension, so 37's is about the max stress i would put on it. and, if i stuff tires, then they would just rub when i do my rock climbing and other fun activities. i like all the wheel well clearance. plus i got the 37's and rims used from a guy for $600, so... win win.

Im going to try and burn rubber when I get my SC in though, I'm hoping it will once that is in. I guess Im just used to my 98 still with the peg leg and a manual transmission where I could burn rubber without even trying...
