ok so i got me a bada$$ thats workin round my school schedule, and makin some paper. and im bout to put basically everything into my truck. i know a cai, what kind? chip, what kind? oh and i have an 08 4X4 4.7. eventuallly a 6" lift with 35's. do i really need 4.56 gears or can i run them with stock gearing. what else do i need to do. just dont want to void my warranty idk what will and what wont. help me please.

i live in lindale i go to tjc graduated last year. idk what gears are in it now? but everybody says i need to change gears but there high as hell

 

should be a sticker in the glove box that says what gears are in it

 

Make a small list and take it easy. Set a time frame you want to get that list done, then review it to make sure it's realistic. A lot of young people make the mistake of trying to do too much without thinking of if it's do-able and never get anything done. Once you finish that list...make another.
