yeah, there are a lot of discrepancies with the '03s and early '04s because Dodge was not consistent with the PCMs, it really wasn't until mid '04 until they seemed to standardize on the PCM and stock tuning.
All the tuner companies have had fits trying to get ALL the '03s and '04s working with their tuners. It's unfortunate that you ran into a problem, but as others have said, I'd keep on Superchips to make your truck the way it was before the tuner. If it turns out that you have to have your PCM re-flashed at the dealer, keep your receipt and see what SC will do for you...
