And if you can do it, get ceramic pads as they are more quiet and put out less dust

Correct, all 3rd gen and beyond are 4 wheel disc for the service brakes (parking brake is another matter). Not sure if the switch coincided with the body redesign or before. I know it started happening right around the 2001ish time frame (i.e., some 02-03 Liberty's have drum rears, but mu old lady's 04 has discs). Same exact rear design Chrysler used for Imperials back in the early 70's, 9.25" with disc brakes and a drum setup for the parking brake.
