Default best basic performance mods for Hemi?

I have a 2005 QC with a hemi and am looking for your opinions on the best basic performance mods I can do for more power/mileage. I am already thinking of doing dual exhaust just trying to decide what muffler. I like a little bit of a rumble but not too loud. I am also getting ready to do the PITA plug change. What are your suggestions?

Even though people dog it, get ya a cheapo ebay CAI and put a good filter on it, plus a Superchips tuner.

I have been on this site for a bit and the best advice is to invest in a programmer!

A search will probably yield hundreds of threads on this, but the best "basic" mods are the "Big 3". Cat back exhaust, CAI and a Tuner...

Tuner will give the most noticeable gains. Minimal gains from a good cat-back and no real gains from a CAI.

As for the exhaust what do you guys recommend? I want to replace the stock muffler with a new onw in the same location with dual exit side pipes. Can't have anything that drones as the wife drives it more than I do lol. Needs to have a good low rumble but not too loud.
