Default New Fog Light Kit

I just bought an OEM kit on ebay from a dealer for 129.00. How hard is it to take out old light switch and put in new one. Dealer wants $100 to reprogram computer. Thanks for any help.

The dash is kind of a PITA to get in, but it's not too bad. You need to remove that bottom panel under the steering wheel. Then you can remove some screws that will loosen the dash. I was able to pull it out enough on that side to get the old switch out and get the new one in. There are two screws that hold the switch in place. It is nice to have some help as well to hold the dash back for you. My dealer did that re-programming for free. I would not pay $100 for that stuff. Try another dealer or try to deal with them. Seriously, it took them all of 10 minutes to do it.

Hell no, don't pay that damn $100! I found a local garage that had the starscan computer, hooked me up for $30 I think.

The switch is simple, 08 laid it out pretty good for ya....
