clean the throttle body.

Not sure when you've had the fluids changed but,

coolant
motor oil
Transmission oil
transfer case oil
Front diff oil
Rear Diff oil
Power steering
Brake fluid

that should keep you busy, or you can just change the plugs lol

A universal joint for your ratchet will make the back two plugs much easier. Anti-seeze on the threads. Don't over tighten the plugs. That's about all there is to that.

The 4.7L doesn't have spark plug wires. There are coils over the plugs. When I was last in Napa I asked about how much they are and the guy told me $31 EACH!!! That's almost $250 for 8 of them. Anyone have any idea if you are ever supposed to replace them? Need to see how long I have to save up.

It's pretty straight forward deal. Pull the coil, pull the plug. If I could make one suggestion. At the bottom of the coil, spray it with air or something. If you pull the plug out, it's very easy for dirt, etc. to just fall in the cylinder.

Hey, 4.7's on a side note.......we got a new 4.7 club getting started, feel free to join in.
