Just got to hear mine for the first time since the new exhaust and I could give a **** less what my gas mileage is. You drive a truck, did you really expect to get good gas mileage. Buck up and romp on that thing. That is why you got it right?

Many guys complain about their gas mileage after they've done a mod. This just means that they are specifically lookin and critiquing everything. You prob were getting the same mileage and didn't even realize it. Kinda like someone noticing a weird noise after they've had an issue about a totally louder noise. They are just searching for something wrong at that point and generally find stuff that had been there all along.
Remember, it's wintertime so the more your truck idles, the worse off your mileage will be.
I took down tabs on my Exploder for example. if i let it run for 15miutes each day before i get into it to let it warm up, I get 13mpg. If I jump right in and drive away asap, I'll get 16-17mpg.

lol, defiantly didnt buy the truck for gas milage. I pay for my mods at the pump but its worth it, cuz I drive a truck and not a tree huggin 4 wheel liberal.
