I would buy the BFI except of the things that have been going on lately with the company and that they are way too over priced.

I would buy the Varram but they don't work on the 4.7

after that I was left with KN or Cheap Ebay. I chose ebay

For your hemi, if you don't do a bunch of work under the hood, or not all that often, then I would do the Varram. You can get one from maryland something or another for 298 shipped.

I still want to get one hooked up on my 4.7 eventually.

I'll keep this going. I have the Airaid CAI and I don't see a difference in the performance at all. I have Magnaflow exhaust which I love and I thought the CAI would add to it but it did not. It was a waste of money except it cleaned up the top of the motor.

I bought a K&N COLD AIR INTAKE 77-1533KP which has the chrome tube mostly for the price. The one I got came up on eBay used and I couldn't beat the price. I think all of the ones with an open element air filter perform much the same and they all sound awesome at WOT. So pick what you fancy concerning moey or appearance. I ran a K&N OEM replacement filter first and couldn't tell if there was a performance gain or not going to the open element filter. But I do like it's look and sound. I would buy it again.
