That's the advantage of a suspension lift, if it's a well built kit. A really good designed suspension lift will give you 4" or even 6" without significantly increasing the angle of the CVs. Of course, the price difference between a key kit (or crank) and a suspension lift for an IFS truck is a little more than a couple of bucks...

not much, they hit the plastic inner fender well when turning sharp
