I thought is was impossible to get cut off at a casino but I've seen it happen (wifey was kickin' a$$ on the blackjack table and her table ettiquet got a little sloppy)....but banned from an truck discussion forum....must have type in all caps one too many times

 

Haha we got kicked off a blackjack table last weekend. This dbag was trying to tell me and my buddy how to play, and was continuously bitching about how we were playing (we were at the lead of the table). We ran the table for an hour, he sat down and got my buddy and then me started about three minutes into it, we were getting pulled to the side by minute 5 lol

Im sad to see RH gone. He was an ahole but so am I, so i liked him. I got into it with a mod once, dont remember which one...They didnt want me promoting a product that wasnt a supporter. WTF is a forum about? I guess its not sharing the best and most liked products.

Dirty just wanted to be crowned MOTM by default lol

Set up a new MOTM and run it, the problem is gone, no reason for y'all to suffer because of it.

As far as RH, I banned him. I have a PM box if you need to talk, and based on some of the comments, y'all need to nut up and PM a site mod or admin if you've got a problem with another member.

BUT, instead of encouraging people to go running and "snitching" per say, why wouldnt a couple grown folks try to work their differences out first, maybe at least agree to disagree? Just a thought, I hate to see that we can't be grown (wo)men and get along, but, that goes for folks like RH too.

 

I am of the opinion that if someone needs to be banned, the mods aren't doing their job right. I'm not here to be a rule lawyer or see who is tattling on who, the job of a moderator is keep the forum running smoothly.

Y'all are adults, or close enough that your government entrusts you with the safe operator of a vehicle. For the most part, y'all act like adults. But when a member states they felt uncomfortable because another member would jump on there case, a moderator should know. I'm just saying my inbox is open.

 

Thank you Pyro, and I hope that we should never need to use it again, but if so I hope we all remember that if the mod has to step in in the first place then we are all getting way out of hand. this forum should be an experience that everyone should enjoy, I know I do, and I would really like to help everyone enjoy it much like me.

 

I think that this was the right, although somewhat unfortunate, decision and course of action.


I like(d) RH for the most part, but sometimes he just took things too far and could fly off the handle, and I agree w whoever posted earlier as well...When I first came to this forum the way he talked to me made me feel pretty unwelcome here. But I mean it's nothing that I couldn't deal with or felt the need to complain to an admin about.

Sad to see something like this happen to a big forum name, but you gotta do what you gotta do when people can't handle themselves in an appropriate fashion.
