Not sure on the older 4.7's but mine "had" one. And that's rather interesting you're looking for a Delta 50 FM. If you're set on it, I have a new muffler coming to me in a week or so and I'm ditching my Delta 50 that has about 2000 miles run through it and to mention I was smart enough to get the 409 SS version instead of the usual RustMaster edition LoL and I still have the packing list & decals if it's any consolation.

If you're interested shoot me a PM.

wow, Im surprised you went with a 50 series on yours silent, with the 4.7, its just not quite a large enough motor to fill that 50 series, not meaning that it doesnt have enough power, but just pure size of the motor you know? Because the 50 series isnt really meant for anything less than like a chevy 5.3 if Im correct? Could be wrong for sure though... haha.

Not sure if the CAI and SC tuner helps with anything, but it sounds loud enough to where I let off passing a cop for the just in case. Set off a few alarms already just passing by them at take off or accelerating.

I'm switching over to an AT3030xl for a quieter tone.

Really? You had that much volume out of a 50 with the 4.7? I didnt even think my 5.2 with the super 44 was that loud...

Still young and inexperienced. I may not have enough volume flowing through it to put it at it's potential tone. But it's MUCH louder than stock that's for d*** sure.

Well yeah, I know it would be much louder than stock, just that a 50 is designed for a mid size small v8, not a small small v8...

Point taken. Guess there's more to just reading the site, description and listening to other trucks sound clips >.< But in the end not pushing enough volume through, does it really hurt anything ? (Just trying to gain some knowledge.)

Well you do want to form backpressure, especially with that smaller v8, with that being said, your catalytic converter is probably stock is my guess and in combination with the 50 series you were probably still creating enough back pressure to keep your torque numbers up.
