My '02 also has 3 outlets-2 in dash and 1 in armrest. fk1022, another option for you would be to buy one of the 3-12v outlet power strips and mount it under your dash and plug it into your outlet or hardwire it. I use one in my company vehicle to power my GPS, cell phone charger, and a little fridge to keep drinks cold. It has a rocker switch so everything can be shut off at once without unplugging anything. It's available at Walmart and I'm sure most auto parts stores would have it too.
