no heat shroud at all huh...what if you cut the black hose back a bit to make it so the blue one wraps around the tb and connects to the black one...it'd be a permanent thing doing that but....

I had one of those POS's before.....it was too damn loud for me also. I put the stock box back in and did 4" PVC to the throttle body. The plastic is quieter.

You could wrap your tubing in some kind of insulating wrap. That might quiet it down a bit.

Any suggestions on the blue tube? I don't really wanna cut the black tubing if I can help it.

I could prolly cut the blue hose down to where it fits nicely and be ok right?

cut the blue tubbing thats what I did.

But then I took it off and put the stock one back on, and lost it and went to put the chrome one back on and it was missing. So I am running around with out it.

o wait. un hook the black hose that the blue is hooked into and hook the blue to the back black tube

thats what I did I think, because its gone now.

I don't think I can unhook the black hose without breaking the T connection that it feeds into. I tried removing it yesterday, but feared it was a solid connection and would just break. Surely if your running without it, I will be safe cutting the blue hose down to wear it fits???? I really don't know what the black hose even is?
