Ok heres the latest. Yes I checked and made sure I didnt have anything in the TB. Good idea though. I installed a new gasket between the TB and manifold. I installed a new IAC motor and also cleaned my MAF sensor although it waswnt really dirty. I lightly sprayed carb cleaner on it. I also moved it to the center of my CAI because my CAI is actually a duall filter system and the MAF sensor was mounted on the passenger side of the intake so in my mind it could have been getting thrown off since there was more air going in than the MAF was telling the PCM. Fired the truck up and she runs strong but the idle still jumps around when in park or at a stop. I also notice that when in park or stopped if I turn the steering wheel the RPMs jump all over. While I was test driving the truck it threw a code. PO420 = Catalyst Efficiency Bank 1. I plugged in my programmer while the truck was running and ran a diagnostic and looked up the O2 sensors. I had S1 voltage and trim and S2 voltage and trim. the readings on the voltage were bouncing around at idle and the trim on S1 fluctuated between -4 and +4. The trim on S2 was locked in at 99.21. I looked under the truck to make sure my cats werent glowing red. I felt around for an exhaust leak and didnt find any. My exhaust BTW is 3" pipe after the cat to a flowmaster and than dumped before the rear axle. I dont get it. Why is my idle jumping around? What am I missing? it seems like i'm geting closer but I just dont know why the truck isnt running at its prime. I have my programmer on performance, im running 91 octane. I have 105K miles on it btw. Please tell me what I cant see.

If I were you I'd replace your front 02 sensors and go from there. Those readings don't sound too pleasing. I'd say the 99 seems a bit high. You sure the truck was fully warmed when you read them?
My best guess is that the new TPS sensors are working so very hard to keep up with the erratic signals and you are possibly buring them up from a isolated issue? just a theory. A leaky intake manifold gasket could cause similar issue's as well.
Some cars have that issue with leaky A/C vacuum hoses, but I don't think '03 you have them???

Yes the truck was at full operating temp. I agree with your thought about the TPS. So only change the front two sensors? Why not all four? Could the cats be bad? I dont think they are but anything is possible now. Also are the O2 sensors weld or bolt in? I could crawl and look but itll be tomorrow night before that happens. Also as I mentioned earlier I checked for vaccum leaks and all came back ok. Thanks for your help!

Check the wiring for the O2's also. Make sure good connections, also check for good grounds for all the electronics, body to engine, fully grounded exhaust, etc.

I was leaning towards a Vac leak too ^^^ you can use starting fluid also in small sprays to check for vacuum leaks.
