i'll put up some pic's tomorrow when i install it, i got it off ebay for $90. wish i could afford a K&N but just not in the budget...

 

and to think i post about the velocity everytime i see someone needs one 75 shipped...only for 4.7l though...that one dont look to bad...glad you got one with a heat sheild though so many guys buy off ebay and dont pick one with a sheild or get one where the filter is on the ground like a ricer....good luck with it lets see pics installed....

 

oh ya, i made sure i got one with a heat shield, i hope it works out good. here's a pic of it installed...
