I had good luck as well. I even called and spoke to them directly. It seems to be hit and miss.

I havent dealt with them but I've heard alot from people on here that they are crap and then from other people that they are great. So like 08RamMan said, Hit or Miss.

I bought a set last August, and the driver side ballast went out on me in January. They sent me out a "loaner" ballast but that took over a week to get here. By that time I already had to put halogens in because cops kept pulling me over. That's what I really hate about HIDs, if one of the bulbs or ballasts dies your screwed. I'm going to have them send me out a new ballast but if I have anymore problems I am going to ask for my refund and just put in some ultra bright sylvanias.

People keep going there because its cheap and there isnt enough people turning them away from it. If they manage to **** up the two bulbs i ordered from them..well shame on me for trying them
