Power Seat Vertical E adjustment motor and gearbox
Does anyone have any connections or sources for individual components?
I need to get a new motor / gearbox for my driver's side power seat in 2005 Ram.
Possible part numbers are 8-82991 or 5609780 N
The dealer only has a part number for the entire power seat sub-frame assembly, and wants $500 for it. I just need this one part.
I've tried several used car parts places, and have yet to find one that even has a Gen 3 dodge truck in their system. LKQcorp.com seems to be the only game in town now.

I just purchased one on ebay. Cost me about $115. If you don't care about the seat moving vertically, back the two screws in the front of the motor out and you can turn the screw manually. (Trick found after a bad day and enough liquid courage to tear the truck apart.
