wiper issues
ok so here's the story....
just drivin along and it starts to snow..no big deal right? well it was about 20ish degrees and i go to turn my wipers on but when i turn the dial nothing happens..so i turn them all the way up and they take a full minute to flip on.
when i turned the switch off they decided to continue to function for 3 minutes after it was already off...
ever since then they keep not wanting to turn on...but whenever i use my washer fluid they come on. so any ideas? my dad said it could either be the cold weather or a blown fuse
