I have a 2002 Ram extened cab SLT and just put in some new tail lights today and didnt mess with the wiring or bulbs just changed the housing out now my park lights dont work in the tail lights the turn signal and the break light portion works. I changed out all the bulbs and looked at the wiring and fuses and relays and couldnt find anything wrong I plugged in the new wiring harness that came with the lights and none of the bulbs work in them either. I am at a loss and cant figure out where to start I was thinking it might be some where in the connector and if so does anybody know which color wire is for the park lights maybe I can just jerry rig it till I get a new harness. Reason I think its the connector cause my front park lights work. Hit me back with some replies please need the help.

 

The pink/violet wire carries power from fuse 34 to the lights. The same wire also feeds the license plate lights. Are those working?

 

Got the lights to work ended up being one of the wires was backing out of the connector.
