wow, that is just horrible... but in the end, it is the buyers fault for not getting the carfax.
i wish you would have traded me mirrors before trading it in...

I guess it's safe to say your body man did a hell of a job. Can't even tell it was in a wreck.

I would at least call the dealership and tell them you will take it to the press if they do not contact whoever the new owner is and fix things. I would never do business with them again either. That is just wrong. I hope the guy who bought it got the carfax and got some major money knocked off the price.

Heres a good one for you guys Last week A girl at work's Husband Bought a 2001 Ford F250 Crew cab 4X4 Had 88,000 miles on it. After he bought it he decided that night to get a Carfax ( Dont you do these things before buying?) He found out it was wrecked 2 times and he was the 8th owner? LOL Something is wrong with that truck if it had 8 owners in 9 years.. Idiots..

Just goes to prove again that no one should trust either a sales man or a lawyer. They both make their living by being professional liars.

Just so that you guys know. Participation by dealers in Car Fax is vollentary. They can add as much or as little info as they want. they can completely skip a vehicle if they want. You can depend usually on how many owners a vehicle has had because that comes from motor vehicle records. But many dealers and auto repair and body shops participate on a vollentary basis.
